experience in working for a MNC corporate environment
Prior experience in managing front office, visitors, vendors, candidates
Good interpersonal skills with professional attitude

Hands-on experience with office operations
Good written and verbal communication skills
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Order front office supplies and keep inventory
Able to conduct Zoom and Skype meetings
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as Day to day follow-ups , Calling , etc.
